To make effective use of the account resources of IP-COM INAS and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of users, IP-COM Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is formulated. Please read carefully and fully understand the contents of the terms. Unless you have read and accepted all the terms of this Agreement, you have no right to apply for or use the IP-COM INAS account. By applying for or using the IP-COM INAS account, you shall be deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Scope of agreement

1.1 This Agreement is established between the user (hereinafter referred to as "you") and SHENZHEN HEWEISHUN NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "IP-COM") on the creation and use of IP-COM INAS account.
1.2 This Agreement is applicable to all products and services provided by IP-COM and requiring the creation or use of IP-COM INAS account.
1.3 This Agreement is an integral part of IP-COM Terms of Use.
1.4 When you use IP-COM products and services through IP-COM INAS account, you must abide by the separate agreement of each service.

2. Creation of IP-COM INAS account

2.1 You may create IP-COM INAS account for free by the following means, including but not limited to:
1) Embedded software of IP-COM products.
2) IP-COM software client.
2.2 After account creation, according to the IP-COM Terms of Use, you will obtain the right to use this IP-COM INAS account.
2.3 No matter how you create an IP-COM INAS account, you are bound by this Agreement.

3. User information

When creating an IP-COM INAS account, you need to provide your email address as your IP-COM INAS account. IP-COM will, based on the privacy policy, use your email information.

4. Use of IP-COM INAS account

You can, in accordance with the IP-COM Terms of Use, use the IP-COM INAS account to log in and use various products and services provided by IP-COM.

5. The security of IP-COM INAS account

5.1 The IP-COM INAS account is set by you, and you are the only person who bears the sole responsibility for keeping your IP-COM INAS account.
5.2 You need to take specific measures to protect the security of your account, including but not limited to properly keeping the IP-COM INAS account and regularly changing the password.
5.3 Unless you inform IP-COM in advance that your IP-COM INAS account has been infringed, you will be responsible for the behavior conducted through your IP-COM INAS account. You must email IP-COM (ip-com@ip-com.com.cn) in advance any use of the services that is beyond your control and in violation of the terms of this Agreement.

6. Reset the IP-COM INAS account

If you forget the IP-COM INAS account and cannot log in normally, you can reset the IP-COM INAS account by using the relevant IP-COM software. If the email address used as the IP-COM INAS account is never in use, you will not be able to reset the IP-COM INAS account.

7. User behavior standard

7.1 You cannot create IP-COM INAS account maliciously. IP-COM can judge and deal with malicious signup at its own discretion.
7.2 The right to use an IP-COM INAS account only belongs to the initial creator. Without the permission of IP-COM, you cannot give, borrow, rent, transfer or sell the IP-COM INAS account, or otherwise license the non- initial creator to use the IP-COM INAS account.
7.3 If the IP-COM INAS account you are using is not initially created by you or is obtained through other channels IP-COM provides, but you know the username and password of that IP-COM INAS account, you cannot log in or perform any operation with that IP-COM INAS account, and please inform IP-COM or the initial creator of that IP-COM INAS account immediately.

8. Responsibility

8.1 You understand and agree that, as the initial creator and user of the IP-COM INAS account, you shall bear all responsibilities arising from all activities under the IP-COM INAS account.
8.2 If IP-COM, complying with the Terms of Use, restricts, freezes or terminates the use of your IP-COM INAS account, some losses may be incurred on your side. These losses shall be borne by you and IP-COM shall not bear any responsibility.
8.3 You cannot transfer the IP-COM INAS account with or without compensation in case disputes occur. You shall bear any responsibility arising therefrom, and IP-COM reserves the right to investigate the legal liability of the above-mentioned actor.

9. Restriction, freezing or termination of IP-COM INAS account

9.1 If you violate laws and regulations, IP-COM service agreements or business agreements, IP-COM has the right to make independent judgment, and restrict, freeze or terminate your use of IP-COM INAS account at any time, and decide whether to resume use based on the actual situation.
9.2 9.2 If IP-COM finds that you are not the initial creator of the IP-COM INAS account, IP-COM has the right to terminate your use of the IP-COM INAS account without notice.
9.3 To make full use of the IP-COM INAS account resources, if you do not log in and use the IP-COM INAS account for the first time after creating the IP-COM INAS account, or do not log in to use the IP-COM INAS account for a long time, IP-COM has the right to terminate the use of the IP-COM INAS account.
9.4 Losses generated by the restriction, freezing or termination of your use of IP-COM INAS account by IP-COM in accordance with this Agreement or relevant laws and regulations (losses including but not limited to communication interruption, clearing of user information and relevant data, etc.) shall be borne by you.

10. Customer service

If you have any objection to the restrictions on IP-COM INAS account adopted by IP-COM or have any other problems in using IP-COM INAS account, you can contact IP-COM technical support and we will give you necessary assistance.

11. Other

11.1 By applying for or using the IP-COM INAS account, you shall be deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. IP-COM has the right to modify the terms of this Agreement when necessary. You can check the latest version of this Agreement on the relevant pages of IP-COM. After the terms of this Agreement are modified and, if you continue to use the IP-COM INAS account, you are deemed to have accepted the modified agreement. If you do not accept the modified agreement, stop using the IP-COM INAS account.
11.2 This Agreement also includes IP-COM Service Agreement and other agreements. Once officially released, the above contents shall be deemed as an integral part of this Agreement by which you shall also abide. In case of any conflict between the above contents and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail. Your acceptance of any of the above business agreements or agreements shall be deemed as your acceptance of this whole agreement.
11.3 This Agreement is signed in Nanshan District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, the People's Republic of China.
11.4 The formation, effectiveness, performance, interpretation and dispute settlement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China (excluding the conflict law).
11.5 In case of any dispute between you and IP-COM, friendly negotiation shall come first; if negotiation fails, the dispute will be submitted to the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where this Agreement is signed.
11.6 No matter for any reason the terms of this Agreement are partially invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain valid and binding on both parties.
